NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR THE EXCLUSION AND

INCLUSION OF CERTAIN LANDS TO EL MILAGRO MANAGEMENT DISTRICT

Notice is hereby given that El Milagro Management District (the “District”) will hold a public hearing on January 28, 2026, at 4:00 p.m., at the regular meeting place of the District, at the offices of 5000 W. Military Hwy, Suite 114, McAllen, Texas 78503, outside the boundaries of the District, for the following purpose:

CONDUCT HEARING ON APPLICATION FOR EXCLUSION AND INCLUSION OF CERTAIN LANDS TO EL MILAGRO MANAGEMENT DISTRICT

All interested parties have the right to offer evidence in support of the Application or against the Application.
