LEGAL NOTICE AND

REQUEST FOR SEALED BID PROPOSALS

The Agua Special Utility District (District) will accept sealed bid proposals for the following:

5/11/26/001-Liquid Aluminum Sulfate Blend

5/11/26/002-Liquid Ammonium Sulfate

until 3:00 p.m. on Monday, May 11, 2026, at the offices of the District located at 3120 North Abram Road, Palmview, Texas 78572. Proposals received after this time will not be considered.

The seal bids will be publicly opened and read aloud on Monday, May 11, 2026, at 3:10 p.m. Vendors are invited to attend the acknowledgment in the District boardroom.

A pre-bid conference will be held at the District office at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, April 28, 2026, at 3120 North Abram Road, Palmview, TX 78572.

Please mark on the outside of the envelope(s) or box: “SEALED BID PROPOSALS FOR 5/11/26/001-LIQUID ALUMINUM SULFATE BLEND and/or 5/11/26/002-LIQUID AMMONIUM SULFATE, May 11, 2026, at 3:00 p.m.”, and addressed to Mr. Roberto Salinas, General Manager, Agua Special Utility District.

The District will not be responsible in the event that the U.S. Postal Service or any other courier system fails to deliver the sealed proposals to the District by the given deadline above. No proposal will be accepted via facsimile or electronic transmission.

The District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive irregularities contained therein, and accept any proposal deemed most advantageous to the District.
